Hey Boo Hey!
I am beyond excited to share this milestone with you all—1,500 YouTube subscribers and over 60,000 views! 🎉 When I set this goal for the end of 2024, I knew it was ambitious, but here we are, crushing it early.
To everyone who has subscribed, watched, and shared—thank you from the bottom of my heart. 💖
YouTube is the second-largest search engine, and it’s an amazing way to connect with your people. And by "your people," I mean those who need exactly what you have to offer.
When I started my channel, I had no idea what I was doing. Seriously—none.
I filmed my first videos in my living room in front of what I thought was a chic backdrop, only to later find out I wasn’t even using the curtain properly. 😂
But despite the imperfections, I knew there were nurses and Directors of Nursing out there who needed help learning their roles. So, I focused on sharing what I knew.
Here’s what I’ve learned along the way:
Start Where You Are. Post the video. It doesn’t have to be perfect. That first upload will probably feel cringey, and you might have a mini anxiety attack after hitting publish, but trust me—it’s worth it.
Embrace the Challenges. Don’t let the quest for perfection hold you back. Those early videos might be rough, but they’re the foundation of your growth.
Celebrate the Small Wins. This milestone is proof that every small win matters. Take the time to celebrate progress, no matter how big or small.
Stay True to Your Vision. Remember why you started. Whether you’re teaching, inspiring, or simply sharing your passion, staying aligned with your "why" will keep you grounded.
To my amazing subscribers and viewers: THANK YOU. Your support means everything, and I’m so grateful for this journey.
If you’re thinking about starting something new—a YouTube channel, a business, or a passion project—just start. Someone out there needs what only you can provide.
Here’s to more milestones, more growth, and staying true to the vision. Let’s keep growing together. 💫
