Sorry, no… This course is designed to enhance your education and experience with practical advice often not provided in nursing academia.

Yes! If your program is in need of work in a specific area, it makes sense to purchase and utilize only that course.
Does this program help in assisted-living and hospital settings?

I specialize in long-term care/skilled nursing setting. However, I have had several opportunities to assist nurse leaders working in the acute care setting and post-acute care settings such as acute long-term care facilities and assisted living facilities.
Do you have to be a DON to take this program?

No. You can be an ADON a Unit Manager or Supervisor. You are aspire to be a DON, this program will provide you the tools you need to fulfill your role. Remember a Unit Manager is the DON of his or her unit and the Supervisor is the DON during off shifts. The more you know, the more you grow!!
Are you able to provide live sessions?

Yes. I am able to provide live sessions. I also am able to include your team in as well so each position can learn what they are responsible for.
