It’s Sunday — and you already know what that means.
If you don’t, let me remind you. This is the day to plan your week.
I know what you’re thinking: “She says the same thing every Sunday.” You’re absolutely right. It’s called consistency.
Because the more you read it, the more you’ll live it.
Now, let me keep it real with you — my travel DON contract ended on Friday, and my next one doesn’t start until next month.
But that doesn’t mean I stop showing up.
I might not be at work, but I’m still planning my week.
Because structure and discipline don’t clock out when the paycheck pauses.
They’re habits — and habits build consistency.
Plan your week and your days so they don’t plan you.
Think about it like this:
You spend your money with purpose — or at least you should. 💅🏽
You should spend your time the same way.
Know where your money goes. Know where your time goes.
Instead of being “busy” all day putting out fires, be productive by creating structure.
Now remember — Sugar Honey Iced Tea happens every day, all day. 💩And most of it? You can’t control.
Focus on what you can control. Because say it with me —
Planning and Preparation Produces Positive Outcomes. 💜
If you’re reading this on a Sunday evening, let this be your sign: Stop what you’re doing, grab your planner, and plan your week.
Think of your time like being on a tight budget. You can’t get everything on your list.
Ask yourself:
📝 What must you absolutely do this week?
🕐 What can you save for later?
🚫 And what things do you just not need at all?
When you start your week with intention, you end it with peace. 💜
Now get to work.
Your week won’t plan itself — but you can plan it to win.
Lead with Love,💜
